Creating a Post

After logging into the blog application, click on the Content link and it will navigate you to the Admin page.  Click Posts and then NEW to create a new Post

When you are done editing your document you will click the SAVE button; this will save your document but it will not yet be visible for viewing.

It is when you click PUBLISH that the post will become visible and email will be sent providing a link to subscribed users if/as applicable.      

You can click Edit and Save as frequently as you need to for updates.   It is only when you PUBLISH that emails will be sent out (you can UNPUBLISH and PUBLISH if you need to resend emails)                          

    

If the Public checkbox is checked then the post will be visible to anyone that visits the site.  If you uncheck Public then only those people who have a link to the post can view it, e.g., the subscribers who are emailed the link.
